Teaching in person verses online

Hi,

in the beginning of COVID it was really difficult to cope with sudden change of online lecturing activities for both students and teachers but now we are ready to work hybrid and balance to get the benefits of both. In specific situation of OU Tutor (remote work) we need to be more connected and interactive by using the available tools to engage the students.
