Teachers are among the most important people in a child’s life because they have direct and continuous contact with children throughout the learning process. Teachers need to create warm and trusting relationships with children through welcoming invitations, care, and genuine concern. By doing so, teachers become people whom children can trust, rely on, and look to for guidance and reference.
