It might be that you saw the situations in the quiz slightly differently from us, because the systems may have overlaps, or different aspects of a system might impact situations in different ways. For example, the role of the media in shaping ideas about people who are displaced is placed in the exo system level in the theory, but you could also say that the mass media belongs in the macro system level because of how the mass media shapes ideas about displaced learners on a global scale.

The value of the theory lies in the way it helps us to think more holistically about what might be affecting children and young people at school, rather than providing absolutely clear-cut categories for every situation.
