Last week we asked you to help us with research that researchers from Graz University of Technology and UCL are conducting (independently from FutureLearn) to find ways to support professionals to reflect on their learning, make a plan and then put the plan into place.

This research involves helping us to develop the chatbot further and, we hope, improve both the learning experience, and the impact of that learning experience, for professionals. You can find out more about the research here.
