Imagining change with limited resources

From this video, I am reminded that in low-resource settings, creativity is more important than technology. Teaching aids do not need to be expensive or digital. What matters is whether students can see, touch, interact, and understand. Even without IT gadgets, meaningful learning can still happen. A cardboard box can become a clock. A plastic bottle can teach colours. A rice bag can teach the alphabet. The key is imagination. I believe being a teacher in challenging environments means constantly adapting and asking: “What can I create with what I have?” When students see that learning can happen anywhere, it also changes their mindset. They begin to see that limitations do not stop growth.
