Maybe what I see of than experiencing on my own in migrant context, at the microsystem level, a teacher supported a shy student by encouraging them daily, which helped build confidence and give sense of belongings to the classroom. At the mesosystem level, teachers communicated with parents during meetings to help improve the student’s behavior and learning and understand more of student situation. The rest of the system, are more of indirectly effect what i see here for the students like impacting from school, culture, conflict. Students unstable background family with conflicts need more of surroundings system to settle in the learning process. Last, the technosubsystem is visible here when students really get the support of IT and internet access and they enjoy learning and can visualized more of their lesson. I have witnessed this in my previous project of spport internet and IT devices to school, student can learn and see the more of lesson related videos and enjoy themself in the classroom and I still feel needs more of it's support here.
