Space for listening to learners

I see that here is how we communicate with our learners is essential. Basically, we communicate more with them, create routines with them, check and ask about their lives, and about the lesson POV, making life easier for learners and educators. Normally what I do is having regular heck in with student to see their progress, understandings and having reflection and feedback of classroom and lesson. This technique gives us more space of improving, and students gain confidence and can open to teacher their thoughts.
