This week gave me an understanding of my role as an educator in supporting students who experience conflict and displacement. How education can shape in conflict and crisis setting as VPLP, and theories in system levels gave me how teachers can change system step by step og well-being for all parties. I also see the importance of reflecting on my own classroom practices, listening to students’ perspectives, and working with families and colleagues to improve outcomes. These theories give me a framework to interpret my teaching context, understand the impact of conflict, and explore ways to make education a force for hope and peace.
