My name is Ye Mang Win Htut. Currently studying at MHEP. When I was a learner, especially as a migrant student at CDC, I noticed some of the factor among the classroom mentor. That is that most of the teachers tend to teach the student according to the classroom schedule; however, that type of teaching does not work every time. Teachers are supposed to adjust their teaching style based on the student's skill, behavior, level and so on. 

Another thing is the environment. Because it influences the well being of the students as well as the teachers. In order to have a well-learned environment, the teachers need to take actions to consideration of the students.

In conclusion, whether a person teaches the young children with their personal style or well-learned environment, he or she need to adapt the student's learning condition.
