I think it is a good idea to share what I learn with other teachers in my local area because we can get help from each other to improve our teaching skill. We will have the different teaching way and we can share and can make our work easier and effective. 

I believe face-to-face workshops would be helpful because teachers can get more practice and they will get more knowledge. In a workshop, we can share experiences and try to using the tools directly. 

To organizing workshops, I would need support from my school, like my time, a place, and also other basic need to make workshop. I will also need the clear materials to explain the  tools in a simple way so everyone can understand.

From my experience with auto-translation apps, they are very helpful for communication and understanding the basic meaning. However, sometimes translation is not fully correct, some difficult words or sentences. So, we should use them carefully and not to depend on them too much.
