Teachers play an important role in creating safe spaces in education. They can support students by listening to them, treating everyone fairly and with respect. Also making the learners to feel comfortable and come out from comfort zone. Teachers can also teach students about real life solving problem and peace.

In my community, some schools have guidelines to protect to the learners and teachers. For example, they are rules about the behavior, and some emergency plans. 

I think the best way to advocate for sage schools is by raising awareness. Teachers, parents, and the community should work together to talk about safety issues and find solutions. It is also need support from the the local authorities.

More can be done to improve safety in schools. For examples, school can make more training for teachers and students on safety and to get enough support from the government. Making strong communication between schools and communities is very important.
