Teachers can play so many rules in creating safe spaces. Teachers can do sharing sessions in school or put in school lessons. Even though teachers can not take action in, teachers can change students mindset and manners. They can educate them. They can share or teach peace education and way to solve problems in peace ways. In my thought the best way to advocate for safe school is to to change people's old and traditional thoughts. In my society, many people still think that school are not really important for a person to become an educated person.
