I was a teacher after I finished two years program in my community. I faced many challenges because it was the first experience in teaching and I am lack confidence to communicate with students.

I taught math and social studies. Math is excellent to teach students because I am good at this subject. However, I still have problems like to teach them how to use in real life in different topics with different reality. Thus, I also didn't learn to be real in mathematics. On the other hand, Social studies is difficult when I introduced lessons to students because I am low at sharing ideas and knowledge with students. 

When I started knowing this problems, I discussed with my colleagues and school principal in monthly meeting. They suggested that teaching must be combined both teachers and students by doing activities like group discussion, presentation, and group projects to test their creativities and thoughts.

I enjoyed when I could make students active in classroom. I also appreciated well-prepared lessons before class. Lastly, I am satisfied when I could do different learning styles for each day.
