I plan to share what I learn with other teachers in my community so we can support each other. I think face-to-face workshops are useful because some teachers do not have good internet access. We can learn together, discuss ideas, and use simple activities.
To do this, I would need support like materials, simple guides, and training. It would also help to have materials in local languages.
I have used translation tools like Google Translate. They help me understand basic ideas, but sometimes the meaning is not clear. Because of this, I think translated materials and group discussion are still very important.
