How can teachers create safe spaces

I have never worked as a teacher but as a volunteer teacher for one week. Being a teacher is not only teaching, you have to observe every situation of your students. Pay attention to your students not like pay to only your favourite student and ignore the rest of the students. Teacher must treat students equally. At least school should have one counselor. School is not only a place to study but a place to healing your metal health. If students have well-being, then they can focus on their study.
