creating supportive learning environments

when I first go to my classroom, i will introduce my name first and my objective. Then I will lead one activitiy called name and action which i learn from my english teacher. In this acitivity students need to be in a circle and they will say their name and on favourite action, then every students need to follow their actions. which help students remember names and have fun.
