Yes, I found some ideas in the Class Routines resource that I could use in my teaching such as firstly set up the objective of teaching for a month or a year. Secondly, find the location to teach, the age of students that I will give the lesson, while I am teaching how it was going and try to evaluate and analyze the improvement and the effectiveness of teaching. Yes, I think it is a good ideas trying new thing to imitate a good strategy using teaching from someone's idea after giving credit to them. At the same time teachers can share idea and collaborate working together so they can build a good community which can cherish the students and support the students.
