There are so many challenges about teaching, the teacher sometimes would be so tired and feel so stressful about their jobs, but they do not show their feelings to their students. They might always look fine, but it is not always easy for them to teach.

One of the challenges that the teachers have to face is that students are sleepy after lunch or when they get too tired. However, the teachers are very clever. They let their students do some activities or play some games if they are sleepy. They always try to make their students energetic.

Another challenge is that some students lack motivation, they do not want to study anymore or want to stop their education. As I have experienced, some teachers try to motivate them and spend more time with those students who are unmotivated to study. They try to support them and encourage them all the time because they worry about the students' education.

Lastly, some schools have few resources, but the teachers do not give on teaching. They try to write the budget proposal for their schools, and sometimes they also try raise funds by selling things at the school to get money and buy school materials.
