Creating supportive learning environments

I will share my perspective as a student. Different students have different interesting things, due to my experience as a student I prefer active and practical learning environment. In the past I used to attend school in my camp, and the students have to focus only main subjects without any activities and practical things which are related to their lessons. Furthermore, the teachers used teaching method that really heavy for students as Myanmar education curriculum. Therefore, I usually see the students are not really friendly with the teachers, and occasionally they afraid to express their opinion about the lessons and perspective on their teachers.

However, when I attend this Minmahaw School, it is totally different. The teachers and managers in this school are like the teachers in the previous video. Then, the students feel secure and brave to express their feelings to their teachers whenever they are upset. Teachers are also friendly and be a supporting people to their students. They listen to their students' expression carefully and encourage them in an educated way. Moreover, in their lessons, they also include some activities to warm up the students and make them to refresh their minds. By doing this, it is really useful for us to concentrate to our lessons and easy to get what the teachers are teaching during a day.
