creating supportive learning environments (discussion)

For this section's question, I cannot really answer from my own experience. So I am going to point out some of the ideas and experiences from my RLA teacher, Mr. Ryan.

Every morning, he lets us walk together in the school campus before we start the morning first class. I would say that this is a good idea to start the a day with a quite refreshing atmosphere.

He evens use some of the ideas from Teacher FOCUS's guidelines pdf. For example, he writes the warm up questions down on the whiteboard before students could enter the class. This is a excellent idea to warm the students up before begin the class.

However, in the teaching style I mentioned above has one disadvantage. It does not work for the whole year teaching. As time passes, it appears to be bored according to my experience and my observation on my classmates.

Overall, whatever our teaching methods have weaknesses, we can adjust the teaching curriculum.
