Every motivated morning and every daunting night remind me of the life as a teacher in a refugee camp. My firsthand experience started in a bittersweet way because I started working as a teacher when I was only a teenager, and I had to handle over 50 students for each and different classroom in an overcrowded place with thin wall that noise can easily penetrate.
As a new teacher, I had never have a teacher training in my life and never had an opportunity to attend even one training through the whole year of teaching. However, I used my knowledge and creative idea to handle the challenges as a teacher. I had to overcome many difficulties as a new teacher, and to be honest, there was no one to guide me except from me and myself. Dealing with both teaching schedules and obsereving each student's needs and improvements were not an easy task, especially for someone who is new to teaching. However, through teaching and receiving positive feedback from most of my students inspired me to regain my motivation day after day. My students became the reason why I kept going and seeking for the best things for them.
As a teacher, what I enjoyed the most and was proud of was the way of teaching method that I applied for my students for different subjects. I created creative learning systems to make my students fall in love with learning new things rather than memorizing things and getting bored with studying. Also, I believe that creating a stronger, closer, and respectful bond between students and teacher is an essential thing.
Overall, every day was full of different struggles with mutiple kind of emotional within a day which accessed the bitter but also sweet relationship with students and teacher.
