Using the learning types in my teaching

As a person who used to attend teaching training, I always use the five-stage lesson plan. Then, after I teach the students I use the teaching cycle (identify needs, plan, teach, assess and evaluate). This method is really useful for me to meet the need of the learners and also useful for me to teach the topic that I prepare . Moreover, I feel like the information that I have prepared was detail for them and also related to real world situation. Therefore, whenever I have to teach I always use this teaching method.
