I would say before I join the training even I have experienced volunteered teaching in the community. I don't really know what method I was using during that time but now after attending the training I gain more knowledge and concept of how to teach the kids in an effective way combining various methods to attract them to fully focus on the lessons. I also gain new tips about how to turn the class room in to a safe environment that every students feel comfortable. Moreover, I also know how to create interesting things out from the environment to make the tools that the kids can visual and take action to learn.
