So far in the course I practise skills like understanding and identifying the problems teachers face in conflict area, learning how to use creative solutions to teach form the trash like the boxes, sticks and bottles when resources are low, and using the Conversational Framework to plan different types of teaching methods. I also gain two concept theories by like VPLP and Ecological Systems that show how education can be victim, peacebuilder, or shaped by family and society by reading the top text. These skills are really good for me as a young man to know because they help me adapt teaching for different students, support children in crisis, and share ideas with others online. I also improve extra skills like writing reflections, communicating better with the group, and learning how to learn in new ways.
