I haven't actually practised any of the skills in my classroom yet as I am not teaching any classes. However, I learned a lot and realised that even without proper teacher training, I have been on the right teaching path and also there are many more methods and techniques that I still need to learn to be able to provide the effective learning environment, which is my overall learning goal. 

So far, I have learned the conservational framework and the six types of learning. And most importantly, a brief introduction of the VPLP framework, which I think is the very important and useful knowledge to know for teaching in conflict areas.

All these skills and knowledges helped me a lot in becoming a more inclusive teacher. Now, I begin to understand the importance of creating positive and supportive learning environments. I think I will become more skilful as I implement the knowledges and skills that I have learned in real practice.
