How I Will Use this Course

Yes, I definitely plan to share what I learn from this course with other teachers in my local context. I believe that diversity in ideas and perspectives is essential when addressing complex situations such as education in conflict and crisis settings. When educators share different experiences and viewpoints, it allows us to understand challenges more comprehensively; almost like viewing a sphere from multiple angles rather than from only one side. This kind of collective understanding helps educators develop more thoughtful and effective responses to the realities our students face.

I also believe that organizing face-to-face workshops for colleagues would be very useful. In practice, education in migrant and crisis settings is deeply human-centered; teachers interact directly with students, families, and communities every day. Because of this, in-person discussions allow educators to exchange experiences, reflect on real classroom situations, and collaboratively explore practical solutions that may not emerge as easily in online environments. Such workshops could create a supportive space where teachers learn from one another, build stronger professional relationships, and strengthen their shared commitment to improving education for students in challenging contexts.

Beyond workshops, I would also like to encourage ongoing dialogue among teachers through small discussion groups, collaborative problem-solving sessions, and shared learning materials. By continuing these conversations, educators can collectively reflect on what works, what does not, and how we can continuously improve educational practices in migrant communities affected by conflict and crisis.
