Share your experience of Ecological Systems Theory

I have heard some of the similar scenario from my past. A teacher went to a student's house and met with his guardian, and asked some question about the student. Both the guardian and the teacher could figured the problem out that is happening in the student life.

I do not totally catch the difference between the Microsystem and the Mesosystem. It would be great to hear the clear explanation of the differences between Microsystem and Mesosystem from someone in this course. Thank you.
