I have experience about the macro system in our village. Most of the parents in our village think that education is not important for their children. Not only female but also male faced the same problem of not going to school when they became adult. They have to drop out of school and worked for their family. Their parents also brain wash them about education is not important and needed in their life. So, they got married early and some of them have to do manual labors during a young age. We can see that because of this nonsense social norms can harm and break the future of the young people.
