I have experienced those things in my school life but I did not know that there is a system like that. One situation was, some teachers did not really care to their students. In my middle school classs, there was one student from displacement and moved to the camp.She was always quiet and sad in the class. At that time, instead of encourged the student, teacher ignored that student and also other students. But the teacher only cared about some students from rich background and showed respect to them. It really touched my heart when I was a student. But now I understand that as a teacher, there are some theories that we should know and take responsibilities for our students and create safe learning environment.
