The Ecological Systems Theory is valuable because it teaches us to look at the "whole child" rather than just their grades. The quiz showed that categories like the Exosystem (media or policy) and Macrosystem (cultural beliefs) often overlap, but the real goal is holistic thinking. For a teacher in a migrant school, this means realizing that a student's struggle in class might be caused by a change in their Chronosystem (moving to a new camp or place) or a gap in their Mesosystem (parents working long hours). Instead of seeing a "difficult student," I now see a child navigating many complex layers, which helps me be more patient and supportive.
