Challenging behaviour

  • Did you respond to the behaviour only or reflect further and become curious about the ‘story’ behind their behaviour?- When i was teacher, i started know that it is not okay to respond to behaviour only and  I learn more about their family background. How they have grow up and how they were treated.
  • What did you do to understand and learn more about their story?- I do ask their friend or who live the same place with them and go and observe.
