Reflect on the theory

I realize that different system works to identify students. Exosystem didn't immediate affect the child but it affect by media. Reflection helps me to realize interpersonal and intrapersonal development in the environment. 

This system is the reason to know closely with students when communicate with families. It is also helpful to use the method teaching while knowing about the background of students. 

While you realize that student is being trauma by knowing from parents, you are being careful to communicate with student. It can help me to adapt the way of meeting another teaching technique.
