Difficult situations in classroom

Teachers playing game in the class room and one of the students is crying but the teachers don't know what is the reason students crying but we call them and ask what make them uncomfortable and we also use meso systems to called the students parents and discuss with the parents to encourage their children while they far from them and giving motivations as well.
