Ecological theory by Urie Bronfenbrenner shows that students’ learning and wellbeing are affected by many environmental factors, especially in conflict and displacement situations. It helps teachers understand students’ challenges, show empathy, and create a safe, supportive, and flexible learning environment. If I use this Ecological Theory ,I totally believe that I can build stronger and better relationship with my students.
