Challenging behaviour

It is better to know the reason behind their behavior rather than you know nothing. I usually asked their closest friends first about the reasoning behind their behaviour. 

If I still felt confused by their behaviour, I would talk with their parents as it is better to know better to help me about communication with students.

Even though I talk with the owner, he or she might not answer. Therefore, asking his closest person that will help me understand about him is the way to treat him.
