Challenging behaviour

I try to understand their behavior, and I show them that I am someone they can trust, so that they can openly discuss their difficulties with me. As a teacher, we can notice children’s behavior even though we may not know the deeper reasons behind it. Therefore, what we can do is talk with them and learn more about them, sometimes in ways they are not aware of.
