Space for Listening to Learners

Do you have activities or routines that you use regularly to create space for listening to learners? Please share your approach.

 

Using exit tickets in the classroom. This activity not only helps the teachers access the students' understanding about the lesson but also allows the teachers to know how the students feel or think about the lessons.

Using feedback form. This activity helps the teachers receive individualized feedback and helps them reflect. This helps teachers a lot to improve thier future lessons.
