Reflection

In my classroom, I try to organise the environment to be simple and comfortable for students. I arrange seats so students can work in pairs or small groups, which helps communication and participation. I also try to keep the classroom clean and welcoming.

To create a safe and positive environment, I set clear rules with students, such as respecting others, listening, and not interrupting. I remind them regularly and try to be fair and supportive.

I have noticed that when the classroom is well-organised, students are more focused and behave better. However, when space or resources are limited, it can be more challenging.

From others’ suggestions, I learned that using routines and giving students clear roles can improve classroom management. One idea I would suggest is starting each lesson with a short check-in, so students feel heard and ready to learn.
