Challenging Behaviors

Did you respond to the behaviour only or reflect further and become curious about the ‘story’ behind their behaviour?

Well, I think I became more curious about the "story" behind their behaviors. 

What did you do to understand and learn more about their story?

For me, I talked to them first individually of why they are having such behaviors and then, I found out more about them like where do they live or what their parents jobs. By doing this, I understand them more and be able to help them as much as I can for them academically.
