Challenging behaviour

Honestly, I won't be able to talk with students who face challenges in classroom because it is very rare behavior in my community. We mostly have meeting with students' parents while we have some important issues. I think it would be very different from visiting parents to calling parents coming to school to discuss their children issues. When I have learned Home Visits video, I will be more curious what is their challenging and reflect on the issues to find out better solution.

To understand their story, I will consider their behavior, learning rate, and family condition. First, I will look at their behavior like feeling sad or not willing to participate in classroom and meet with them to discuss their issues confidentially. Second, it is obvious that their learning rate will be slow down if they have problems. Therefore, meeting with them can understand students' condition. Finally, the best way to understand more students' background is visiting their home and learn their environment. This way will make you understand more their problems at home or school.
