Challenging behaviour

As I watched the video, I can see that the teachers are doing a great thing to help the students. As for me, I would definitely also study the background of the students first because I believe that when if there is wrong with the students' performance, there is something that affect them.

I do also believe that knowing the students' background is important. It would help teachers to find the solutions to help the students about their academic or their well being.

To learn more about the students, I would try to be flexible to them and see their performance first. And then, if there is something wrong with them, I would meet them individually and ask them to tell me about their problem. If it does not work, I will find another solution.
