Difficult situations in classroom

A student might be a Victim of conflict, arriving scared and unable to focus on lessons. To help, I will build a strong Microsystem by creating a direct relationship of trust so they feel safe in my classroom. In the future, I can work in the Mesosystem by visiting their home to talk with their parents about how to support them. I could also move to the Exosystem by asking my school leader for more flexible rules or extra resources to help all displaced children succeed.
