Supporting your learners

The lesson plan that you have provided is really good because it include mix learning types so the students will not feel boring or get to know each other better. But one things, some students don't know what do they want to do in their future and I was one of them when i was student. Because, in school they only teach the context from text book without any activity. After watching that video, I can see that the teachers let the students think out what they want to do. It is  a really good things that i can my former school start doing those things.
