Difficult situations in classroom

When I was in the classroom during summer school, the teacher was teaching something about the history and religion, and one of the students was getting out of the classroom without saying anything. He did not come to the class for 3 days.

The teacher realized that something was wrong, and the teacher checked back the lessons that he taught, and it was a really sensitive topic. Few days later, the teacher visit the student's parents and explained about that happened before. The teacher apologized to the student and the family, and everything was going back to normal again. From that day on, the school change the policy that every teacher should check the lessons before teaching.

As I can see the teacher was doing a great thing. He used both microsystem and mesosystem.
