At the beginning of the school, I gave students needs and wants cards. By giving those I was able to identify what kind of things i have to give students and what they want. Not only me but also their classmates were able to know ho to communicate with their friends and reduce the conflict amount them. 

I also let them gave the feed back after the class to know weather the lessons were high or can follow my teaching. Which help me to reflect myself and change the lessons plans if needed. If i see that students is not normal behavior instead of asking them in front of many students , I ask them indivaule after the class to know their real problems.

Another things is let them draw a picture base on their feeling . This is really helpful because some students are even if they have problems they don't want to share of not able to express their feeling clearly. So, by drawing picture base on their feeling I was able to understand their feeling help them to become a happy student like other student .

Another important thing is don't force them if they are not willing to share their feeling
