One line to describe the situation according to the VPLP framework will be something that is very useful for all of the teachers to get to know this information. If they know about VPLP, it will also be easy for me to handle their classroom conflict. Moreover, in the education field, according to VPLP, I also know that education is not only helping us to improve ourselves. On the other hand, if people use it in the opposite way, it can be a horrible tool that will lead new generations in the wrong direction and set them back on their improvement path. 

As for me, if I were a teacher, I would also use VPLP and the Ecological System to create a healthy environment of education for my students. Then, if I see a student acting very differently with her peers, I will talk to her privately and in a warm voice. Furthermore, to build a strong relationship with my students, I will also avoid biased information and teach them to express their opinions about the information that we learn in class. Then, will let them understand that all of their opinions are correct and as humans, we have different perspectives, therefore, do not be picky when expressing your ideas. We also can learn from each other.
