Difficult situation in classroom

If we use education in a good way , it's useful. If we use in a wrong way it's turn to Victim and sometimes bias. I have seen one of my classmate, he showed his bad behaviou to the teacher. Whenever the teacher taught he didn't listen. It was not ok for the teacher. But our teacher never show her anger. Instead she tried to talk to him in a polite way but he did not listen so later teacher had to go and see with his parents. If you are a teacher and if  your students do not listen to you how will you feel?
