Space for listening to learners

Yes, I do ask quick question before I start my class by showing gesture like good, normal, or bad, based on their activeness, I usually adjust the lessons. I also use the big cardboard to share how they feel about the classroom management using sticking notes or and so on to know how they are going throughout the classroom.
