Difficult situations in classroom

VPLP: Education can be both a victim and a peacebuilder in this situation.

Since I am not yet a full-time teacher with much experience, I will share based on both my own experience and what I have observed from other teachers.


What I did: I would try to support students by being patient, listening to them, and using simple activities to help them feel comfortable and learn better.


Ecological system: This would mainly be in the micro system because it involves direct interaction with students in the classroom.


Other systems: In the meso system, I could work more with other teachers to share ideas. In the macro system, I could help raise awareness about the importance of education for all students
