Difficult situations in classroom

According to the VPLP framework, I offered flexible help in class, listened to their concerns, and spoke with families to understand their needs.

I was working mainly within the microsystem, focusing on the classroom and family environment. In the exosystem, I could have spoken with school leaders about adjusting policies, and in the macrosystem

, I might advocate for community support programs to reduce wider pressures. My advice to others is to look beyond the behaviour and consider the child’s wider story small acts of empathy and collaboration with families or colleagues can make a big difference.
